      Class Description   

Yoga Flow 1– 2 and Power Vinyasa are both Hatha yoga classes that link the breath with movement in an asana practice.  These classes are for the novice to intermediate practitioner. You set your pace with your breath and flow at your own level. Modifications are always demonstrated, so you may challenge yourself or bring it down a notch.  If you have questions about what is right for you, please talk with your teacher for the best options for your practice.

Your feedback is always welcomed!

 

 **Classes are subject to change based on class participation. **

**Please bring a mat, towel, and wear comfortable clothing. **

** Most classes are 1 hour to 1 hour and 15 minutes**

**Do not eat a heavy meal before class. A light snack at least 2 hours before your practice is suggested.**

1 Class = $12

5 Class Punch Card = $50

10 Class Punch Card = $80

*Some Classes are $5 drop-in where noted.*

All regular class packages expire three months (90 days) from date of purchase.

Let’s beat the winter blues with this 4-week intense, functional Boot Camp targeting cardio, strength training, core training, and flexibility utilizing various fitness modalities: dumbbells, kettle bells, jump ropes, bands, weighted rope, and Jungle Gym XT.

 Each camp day is 45-minutes, allowing you time to get ready for your work day.

Camp also includes 2 body compositions and a sample menu.

HOT Yoga

Experience the benefits of HOT Yoga.

Flow through the mountains of Hatha yoga in a slow meditative pace, allowing the heat to penetrate deep into the muscles and joints, relieving stress and tension. The room is heated to approximately 90 degrees.

Wear breathable clothing (shorts and tank top), bring a towel, water and an open mind!

Cost:  $40 for Four Week Session
